Payment of Your Bill
Payment of Bills and invoices for treatment or to donate to charitable causes can easily be done in the following ways.
Some treatments require payment and cleared funds BEFORE treatment can begin. Rapid payments include cash, bank transfer, credit cards and PayPal. Some of these methods carry an extra charge please read carefully before proceeding.
Cash
- Paid either in person or by post recorded-delivery.
- No additional charges
- Instant payment.
Bank Transfer
- NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Usually, rapid payment but some banks can delay it up to 24 hours. Please check with your bank to ensure when the funds will be cleared.
- Bank account transfer details are available on the invoice:
Cheque
- Payments by cheque should be made payable to Cartilage Surgery Ltd and sent to Mr Chauhan at Chartwell or Springfield Hospital.
- Please add 4% to your bill total for payment handling that is charged by the bank.
- Takes 3-4 working days for funds to clear.
Credit Card
- This is done through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
- Usually, rapid payment is within an hour or two occasionally up to 24 hours.

- Usually, rapid payment is within an hour or two occasionally up to 24 hours.
