Core Services

Personal Injury Reports

Specialist assessment of orthopaedic trauma with emphasis on causation, long-term functional limitation and vocational impact. Typical cases include workplace injuries, falls, and major trauma where clear linkage between the incident and ongoing disability is required for quantum determination.

Expert Assistance & Court Attendance

Support through the litigation process, including instructions, clarifying addenda, and attendance at mediation or court to provide oral evidence where required. I maintain clarity and impartiality throughout to assist the court in reaching a fair determination.

Clinical Negligence Reports

Independent expert opinions focused on breach of duty and causation after careful review of hospital and primary care records across multiple providers. I identify departures from accepted orthopaedic practice and assess their likely contribution to the claimant’s outcome.

Professional Standards & Approach

Independence & Duty to the Court
All opinions are independent and impartial. I acknowledge my overriding duty to the court which takes precedence over any duty to the instructing party. I do not act as an advocate for either side.
CPR Part 35 Compliance
Reports are prepared in accordance with CPR Part 35 and its Practice Direction. Each report includes a clear statement of the facts relied upon, any assumptions made, the literature cited, and a signed Statement of Truth confirming the opinions expressed.
Evidence-Based Opinions
Where applicable, opinions reference peer-reviewed medical literature and national guidance. Any limitations in the record or ambiguities are stated clearly with their potential impact on conclusions.
Confidentiality & Record Handling
Client and patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. Records are handled securely and only information necessary for the opinion is included in reports submitted to instructing parties and the court.
