Medico-Legal Orthopaedic Expert Witness
I provide independent, high-quality orthopaedic expert evidence in England & Wales for both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters. My reports are prepared strictly in accordance with CPR Part 35 and include clear chronology, contemporaneous fact summary, literature support, and a signed Statement of Truth.

All opinions are independent and impartial. I acknowledge my overriding duty to the court which takes precedence over any duty to the instructing party. I do not act as an advocate for either side.
Reports are prepared in accordance with CPR Part 35 and its Practice Direction. Each report includes a clear statement of the facts relied upon, any assumptions made, the literature cited, and a signed Statement of Truth confirming the opinions expressed.
Where applicable, opinions reference peer-reviewed medical literature and national guidance. Any limitations in the record or ambiguities are stated clearly with their potential impact on conclusions.
Client and patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. Records are handled securely and only information necessary for the opinion is included in reports submitted to instructing parties and the court.
